OLD Pledge Submission Form

Elementary, middle, and high school students from public and private schools who either live or attend Coral Springs schools are eligible to participate. Commission meetings are held on the first and third Wednesday of each month, typically at 6:30 p.m., and the spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
