I understand that billing adjustments of any kind must occur within three years of the occurrence. I understand that I will be billed for all utility services charged at the above address until such time that services are discontinued. I am responsible for paying for the utility services. I understand I am billed monthly and I have 25 days to pay or else one percent (1%) late fee will be applied to all balances. (Chapters 17 & 22 from the City’s Code of Ordinances.)
