Landlord Registration

The current registration fee is $56.00.

The registration period runs from October 1 through September 30 each year. If payment is received after September 30, a late fee of $56.00 will be assessed for each rental property.

We accept credit card payments (Mastercard or Visa) by phone at 954-344-5964 or in person at our One Stop Shop at Coral Springs City Hall, 9500 W Sample Rd, Coral Springs, FL 33065.

A completed Self-Inspection Checklist must be submitted(Uploaded) with this application for single-family homes, townhomes, and semi-attached rental properties.

Residential rental properties with 2 or more units are required to have an annual inspection, and the fee for this inspection is collected at the same time the landlord registration and local business tax fees are collected.
